Proposed to carry out the purchase of certain services only Russian people

Under the draft bill, customers will be able to purchase a number of services in Russian only persons who are not affiliated with foreign companies and citizens. These services include:

- Services for the implementation of the audit, evaluation;

- Services related to counseling, including legal.

These changes in the art. 14 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL provided a draft federal law N 667782-6, submitted to the Duma December 3, 2014

='mso-ansi-language:EN-US'>According to the developers of the project, these measures will stimulate the budgetary organizations to purchase energy efficient alternatives, including through extrabudgetary funds to improve the quality and efficiency of public sector and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
