Proposed to reduce the period of changes in the schedule for some purchases

In respect of certain types of purchases the customer will be able to make changes to the schedule, no later than one day prior to the date of placement in the ERC (the official website) on the implementation of the procurement notice.
Such procurement is planned to include, in particular:
- Purchases from a single supplier;
- Request for proposals, conducted due to the fact that the auction is declared invalid.
These changes in the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL provided in accordance with the draft law N 661100-6, which is November 25, 2014 was submitted to the Duma.
