The state will buy property through public procurement

By state proposes to add paragraph 39 to read as follows: "contracts for the purchase of premises for federal needs, the needs of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal needs in order to provide living quarters to certain categories of citizens established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, in the property, contracts of employment or social hiring of premises specialized housing. "
The project aims at improving the mechanism for the acquisition of residential property by the state.
