Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to review the conduct of public procurement

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to analyze problems and make decisions on a number of issues, including the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in public procurement.
According to him, in particular, it is a necessary complement to the federal law about electronic trading in the privatization of state property.
"The second question - is a mechanism of social control over the quality of repairs of apartment buildings. Another problem - dealing with issues related to the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of state-owned companies," - he added.
