If as a resultof that violationscausedsubstantial harm tothe interests ofthe state and society, and itdoes not entailcriminal liability, according toprojectofficials andprivate enterpriser may befinednot less than 30thousandRubles, For legal entities -not less than 300thousandrubles In addition, it is planned to extendcriminal liabilityfor crimes against thestate power, the interestsof public serviceandservicein local government(Sec. 30of the Criminal Code) toofficials: -State-owned companies; -State unitary enterprisesandmunicipal unitary enterprises; -Joint-stock companies, majority-owned by the Russian Federation,the subjects ofthe Russian Federation,municipalities.
The Agency has developed a document that establishes a unified approach to verifying customer notifications of contracts with a single supplier. In fact, such notifications are now an independent basis for control in the field of procurement.
The Government of the Russian Federation plans to supplement Resolution No. 719 with new requirements for the products of the composite materials industry. The document covers foil composite sheets and electrical insulation materials. The changes will also affect laminates made of polymer composites, carbon fabrics, nets, harnesses and carbon fiber tapes.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has prepared a draft order that amends the procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price (NMCC) for purchases of motor fuels, including automotive and aviation gasoline. The new rules apply to supplies through fuel dispensers (gas stations) and bunkering facilities.
