The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has offered a new interpretation of the small business

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade proposes to recognize small business companies that are not more than 49% controlled by foreigners or large business. Now this percentage may not exceed 25%. The draft bill was prepared for the residents of the "Skolkovo", but will expand the number of small companies throughout Russia. They will be able to qualify for additional benefits and a guaranteed share of the state order.
