Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the rules for issuing opinions on the absence in Russia the production of goods of light industry

The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the rules for issuing opinions on the absence in Russia the production of goods of light industry. They take pursuant to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.08.2014 N 791.

Recall that the said Regulation contains a list of foreign goods of light industry, the purchase of which for federal purposes is prohibited. The exception is in the number of cases where the goods from this list are not produced in Russia.

Documents confirming the absence of production of such goods in the territory of the Russian Federation, is a certificate issued The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russia in accordance with the rules.

According to the rules under consideration customers to obtain the findings should apply to The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade not later than the 5th of the month and before the publication of a notice of holding on purchases www.zakupki.gov.ru.

Order of The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade from 10.09.2014 N 1776 which approved the regulations come into force 10 days after the date of publication.
