The Ministry of Telecom & Mass Communications has proposed to limit foreign government purchases of software from July 1, 2015

The Ministry of Telecom & Mass Communications of the Russian Federation announced proposal for the development of the Russian software industry. On July 1, 2015 state customers who wish to buy the software should be limited to what appears on the register of domestic software, or to justify the impossibility of such a restriction, according to the invitation by the agency, the newspaper "Vedomosti".
