Planned to establish a ban on the purchase of a number of foreign food

A draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation, according to which you plan to ban purchases for state and municipal needs of certain food products originating from foreign countries. In the document list of such products, in particular, include: beef and pork (steam bath, cooled down, cooling), fish (fresh or chilled), butter.

Purchasing products from the specified list is valid only if they are wholly obtained or sufficiently processed in the territory of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Proof of compliance with the country of origin of foods will be the certificate of origin, which shall be issued according to the rules established by the agreement of the Governments of the States - participants of the CIS countries from 20.11.2009.

The draft Decree is currently at the stage of public discussion.
