The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation expressed desire to control the mandatory of public procurement

The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation suggested to include their representatives in the tender committees at the conclusion of public contracts. As reported at the Chamber, it was declared the first deputy secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Vladislav Grib.
For the control of regional and municipal purchases are encouraged to include in the tender committees members of the regional and local chambers of commerce, as well as public councils at the federal agencies of executive power.  
In addition, it is proposed to create a special group to monitor the implementation of large-scale public projects (such as the construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait, or the construction of stadiums).
Also at the hearing, discussed some of the contradictions between the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 № 212-FL "About the basis of social control in the Russian Federation", and the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FL "About the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs "and other normative acts. For example, in some regulations refers to the right of public organizations to direct control, while in others they are encouraged to monitor the same area over someone mediation. Contradictions question will be discussed at a meeting of members of the Public Chamber with legislators on  the 14th of November.
