Objectives of the competition:
             - Raising public awareness about the functioning of the contract system in the area of ​​procurement, openness and transparency in the procurement;
             - Stimulating the activity of public discussion of issues in the contract system in procurement, improve the utilization of budgetary funds, creating a competitive environment, encourage innovation;
             - Attracting the attention of national producers to participation in procurement for state and municipal needs;
             - To attract the attention of small businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations, disabled people's organizations, institutions and enterprises of the penal system to participation in procurement for state and municipal needs.
