Proposed to expand the list of cases of life cycle contracting.

Drafted amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.11.2013 N 1087. Project developers proposes to expand fixed in this Regulation the list of cases the life cycle contract. In particular, we plan to supplement its position that the contract is in the following cases:
- Works on the design and construction of health care facilities and facilities for sanitation and health treatment;
- Works on the design and construction of sports facilities.
Recall that the contract life cycle as opposed to the usual state (municipal) contracts provide post-delivery of goods (works) implementation Executive subsequent maintenance, repair and operation, if necessary, and (or) disposal of the goods supplied or created as a result of the object (p. 16 Art. 34 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL).
