Prepared a number of amendments to the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL

Proposed to supplement Art. 33 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL of the requirement of the customer's obligation to establish the warranty periods for work in the sphere of road activities. At the moment in relation to the purchase of such an object provides just the right customer the warranty period, if necessary, (part 4 Art. 33 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL). Considering a bill introduced in the State Duma.
In addition, the stage of public discussion, there is another bill, which proposes to postpone the entry into force of the part 4 Art. 15 of the same Act from 01.01.2017 to 01.01.2015. In accordance with this norm autonomous agencies, state and municipal unitary enterprises must comply with the provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL, if budget funds being procured for the implementation of capital investments in the objects of state and municipal property.

FAS draft: new procedure for calculating NMCC for fuel

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has prepared a draft order that amends the procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price (NMCC) for purchases of motor fuels, including automotive and aviation gasoline. The new rules apply to supplies through fuel dispensers (gas stations) and bunkering facilities.
