Established the procedure for obtaining procurement participants of the examination to determine the country of origin of engineering.

Order of the Russian Chamber of Commerce from 25.08.2014 N 66 approved the procedure for filling acts examination to determine the country of origin of engineering included in the list of fixed Russian Federation Government Decree of 14.07.2014 N 656.

Section 3 of this Order contains a list of documents and the order of their submission by the applicant in Chamber of Commerce and Industry to obtain the certificate of examination of origin. The following information and documents:

- Application for issuance of the certificate of examination;

- Of title and registration documents of the applicant;

- Documents and information confirming the presence of production (including proof of ownership or lease of production facilities, equipment list or lease contract and the act of reception and transmission);

- Documents and information confirming the manufacture of goods (including a flow chart of the production process, technical regulations, GOST, etc.).

Upon review of the application submitted by the applicant in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry sets of documents within three working days of issue and certificate of examination to determine the country of origin.
