Approved the rules of the banking support contracts and instances of their application.

Russian Federation Government Decree of 20.09.2014 N 963 "About the implementation of banking support contracts" approved rules for banking support contracts entered into as a result of the procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.

 The document referred to the notion of banking support, establishes the requirements for the banks and the order of their selection. In addition identify the types of banking support contracts:

 - If the bank monitors the calculations in the framework of the contract (for example, when the initial (maximum) contract price exceeds $ 10 billion. Rubles.)

- If the bank provides services that allow to ensure that the received goods, works (and failed) to the contract services (extended banking support). For example, the price of the contract to be entered into for the construction of capital construction project with a single supplier on the basis of the act, more than 10 billion. Rubles. and the act is not set the duty to include in such a contract provision on ensuring its implementation.

Additionally, in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.09.2014 N 963 reflected:

 - List of cases where not carried out banking support contracts (for example, at the conclusion of the contract, details of which constitutes a state secret).

 - A list of additional conditions that must be included in the contract followed (for example, the duty of the Executive to carry out calculations on a separate account opened in the bank, which provides support);

 - Requirements for the content sent by the bank to the customer reports accompanied (including the obligation to make them available to the customer on a monthly basis).

 This Regulation and approved its rules come into effect from October 4, 2014
