Developed a procedure for the preparation and placement in the Unified Information System report on procurement from small businesses.

Draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation () has been prepared in accordance with Part. 4 item. 30 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. This provision provides for the duty to make a year-end report on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations. Such a report should be placed in the Unified Information System (the official website) before April 1 of the year following the reporting year. The project set out the procedure for preparing and filling the report, presented its shape.

It is expected that the adoption of its draft provisions will come into force on 01.01.2015. According to this version of the document is the first report on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations need to be accommodated in the Unified Information System to 01.04.2015.
