«Hotline» to ask procurement question by 44-FL

Today, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with students to familiarize themselves with the program "Buyer.A new generation."

The RT State Procurement Committee announced an electronic auction for the purchase of 49 residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care. The initial (maximum) contract price is 222.4 million rubles. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Agency noted that the contract price is an essential condition, and its change is allowed only in cases directly provided for by Law No. 44-FZ (Part 2 of art. 34, part 1 of art. 95).

The RT State Procurement Committee announced two electronic auctions for the supply of office equipment for 13 institutions of the republic in the social sphere. More than 8.5 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
