The Russian government has set out the modalities of procurement justification for state and municipal needs

In pursuance of Article 18 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FL "About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation. The document will set the order of justification procurement governed by the 44-FL.
