Government costumers will count small businesses purchases to form the Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance issued a document regulating the procedure for reporting government customers on the volume of contracts awarded to small businesses.
This judgment is in addition article 30 of the contract system 44-FL. Government customers will be required to publish information in a unified procurement information system, prior to its launch this will be the official site.
The report should be prepared by the federal service contract or municipal organization conducting public procurement. Take the form of an electronic document and electronic signature certified by the government customer.
