In Sec.11p. 1 item 93of the Federal Lawof05.04.2013 N44-FL providesthe opportunityto procurea single supplier, if the goods(works, services) produced(performed, provided) institutions and enterprisesof the correctional systemin accordance withthe stated list.The specified listapproved by the Governmentof the Russian Federationfrom26.12.2013 N1292.
According to theRussian Ministry of Justicepreparedthe draft amendments tothis Regulationis proposed to expandthis listincludingbedding, sleeping bags, and services for the productionof workwear.
It should be notedthatthe supply of goods(services)that are listedin the project, it is proposed to carry outfor the needsof the correctional systemandthe Russian Interior Ministry. Currently, the projectis at the stageof public discussion, whichcan be found here.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has prepared a draft order that amends the procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price (NMCC) for purchases of motor fuels, including automotive and aviation gasoline. The new rules apply to supplies through fuel dispensers (gas stations) and bunkering facilities.
From April 12, a new version will be available in the Unified Information System. The changes will affect the CTP, notices and protocols, electronic acceptance, budget obligations, the participant's personal account and the workplace setup wizard.
A draft resolution has been prepared that amends the rules for confirming production and the national procurement regime. It is planned to extend the "second extra" rule to additional items on the list No. 2.
The Government has approved the procedure for the formation of a list of strategically important medicines. Drugs from the list will receive priority in public procurement and state support.
