Proposed to exclude participation in public procurement the entities registered in offshore zones

Under the provisions of the draft law participant purchases can not be the person for whom the offshore area is a place of registration, or residence or tax residence. List of territories and states relating to such areas, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia from 13.11.2007 N 108n.

The Ministry of Construction of Russia has published a document that introduces changes to the Methodology for determining the cost of work on the preparation of project documentation (approved by Order No. 707/pr dated 01.10.2021).
Over the past week, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan placed 7 purchases totaling 134.3 million rubles. This was announced today at the weekly meeting in the department.
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a resolution amending Resolution No. 1875 of December 23, 2024 "On measures to provide national treatment for Procurement".
