Ministry of Construction make life easier for the participants of public procurement through model projects

In Moscow, opened the forum ProEstate 2014 on the development of the real estate business. One of his main event was the announcement of the amendments to the law on public procurement, by the Minister of Construction of Russia Mikhail Men at the opening event.
In addition, the Ministry of Construction proposed to oblige contractors for construction or renovation of capital facilities under contract cost more than half a billion rubles to enter into a contract with the bank for a loan, if necessary. The same bank will monitor the payments to contractors and subcontractors.
