FAS Russia clarifies that customer requirements to the remaining useful time of drugs

Installed in the documentation of the procurement requirements of state and municipal customers residual useful time of the drug, expressed as a percentage, may entail the establishment of an uneven playing field for manufacturers of drugs, the restriction of competition and the number of participants in the procurement.

 In order to prevent the restriction of competition FAS Russia clarifies that the remaining useful time of drugs, established in the procurement documents state and municipal customers, shall be justified and defined a specific period (years, months, days), during which the drugs remain its suitability, or specific date to which the drugs retain their suitability for the intended use.
