Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation will inform the FAS Russia about violations in the sphere of competition law and public procurement

Accounts Chamberof the Russian Federationandthe FAS Russiasigned an agreement oncooperation. The corresponding document wassignedat a meeting ofthe Board ofthe Accounting Chamber.
The agreement is aimedat improving theefficiency ofthe jointactivities of the Chamberandthe Federal Antimonopoly Serviceof Russia in theareas of:
protectnational economic interests; detect and deterviolations of theantitrustlaws andpublic procurement; increase the effectiveness oftargeted and effective useof the federal budgetandthe budgets of stateextra-budgetary funds. FAS Russiawill informthe Accounts Chamberof the Russian Federationabout theknown factsof violations ofthe use offunds from the federalbudget and thestate budget fundsand thefederal government. TheRussian Audit Chamberwill informthe FAS Russiaabout identifiedduring inspectionssigns ofviolations in the fieldof competition law andpublic procurement.
"The feasibility of signing of the agreementis obvious, sincethe new legislationAudit Chamberwasempoweredto verify thefederal contract system," - said the Chairmanof the Accounts Chamberof the Russian FederationTatyana Golikova.
