Expanded list of cases of procurement with a single supplier

22.07.2014 the Federal Law of 21.07.2014 N 224-FL becomes effective date, which amended the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.

 So, the list of cases of purchases from a single supplier: executive authorities and local authorities have the opportunity to enter into contracts for the purchase of living accommodation economic class.

 Conclusion of the contract is possible if the following conditions are met:

 - The only supplier in accordance with the provisions of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on the development of the territory in order to build low-income housing or agreement on the integrated development of the territory in order to build low-income housing (here in after - contracts for the development of the territory);

 - The Treaty provides for the development of the territory and the possibility of concluding public (or) municipal contracts.

 In this case, a contract with a single supplier is in accordance with the provisions about the price and terms contained in the agreements on the development of the territory.
