Training seminar for disabled persons national enterprises
July 24, 2014, in order to help organizations of persons with disabilities to participate on purchases for state and municipal needs, as well as the advanced training of such organizations by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on organized a seminar on "Participation in the procurement by the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FL"About contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs. "
The seminar was attended by representatives of organizations of disabled Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminar addressed the issues practice of the Law about contract system, how to define suppliers, typical mistakes in applications procurement participants, the order of execution, performance and changes to the contract, the advantages for certain types of providers. The audience got the necessary explanation of the legislation, the answers to the questions.
