Evaluation of Contract systems and state procurement system

Project Office of Open Government, together with the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, the National Association of procurement institutions, leading scientific and expert communities is preparing the first public report of the National report "About procurement practice in 2014." The report will focus not only state procurement, which are carried out in accordance with the Federal Law № 44-FL, but will also reflect the state of the procurement practices of companies operating under the Federal Law № 223-FL.

For a more complete and accurate understanding of the structure and content of a future report, the authors developed a questioning for a wide audience of procurement processes. On the basis of the results will be decided which sections will be included in the document.

All state and municipal customers need to participate in the questioning and answer the questions in electronic form on the website of the Open Government at большоеправительство.рф/anketa/38 /.
