Seminar for government costumers on the application of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ

On 24 of June State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Ministry of Finance and Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the training center of the FAS Russia held a seminar for government clients on the application of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FL "About contract system in the sphere of procurements, works and services for state and municipal needs. "
The seminar discussed the main changes in the law, which came into force on June 4, 2014. Answers to questions will be posted on the forum within the 44-FL for employees of state and municipal customers.

The Government of the Russian Federation plans to supplement Resolution No. 719 with new requirements for the products of the composite materials industry. The document covers foil composite sheets and electrical insulation materials. The changes will also affect laminates made of polymer composites, carbon fabrics, nets, harnesses and carbon fiber tapes.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has prepared a draft order that amends the procedure for determining the initial (maximum) contract price (NMCC) for purchases of motor fuels, including automotive and aviation gasoline. The new rules apply to supplies through fuel dispensers (gas stations) and bunkering facilities.
