Introduce the list of additional requirements that the customer must install in relationship different kind procurement participants

Russian Federation Government prepared a draft resolution providing for the list of procurements (works, services) for the purchase of which the employer must establish additional requirements for participants in the event of the competition with limited participation, two-stage competition, their closed-form or auction. In this list including construction work on the most dangerous and technically complex capital construction, provision of catering services.
