Specified powers customers of authorized bodies and institutions in joint tenders or auctions

Provided that in the implementation of two or more customers purchasing the same goods, works and services such customers have the right to conduct joint tender or auction. To organize and conduct a joint tender or auction customers, the competent authorities and institutions, relevant authorities of which are determined in accordance with Article 26 of the Federal Law "About contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs" (asking for the definition of suppliers ( contractors, performers) to customers in order to centralize procurement), entered into between the agreement for a joint tender or auction prior to the approval of the tender documentation or auction documentation.
The XXI GOSZAKAZ Forum and Exhibition, a key event for procurement specialists, has started in Moscow. From May 13 to May 15, it takes place at the Skolkovo Innovation Center, bringing together representatives from 89 regions of Russia. This event is the largest platform for the exchange of experience in the field of public and corporate procurement.
Within the framework of the XVII International Economic Forum "KazanForum 2026", a cooperation agreement was signed between the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Siberian Institute of State and Municipal Management (SibIGMU).
The strategic session "Public Procurement: New Challenges and Exchange of Experience" was held within the framework of the XVII International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum 2026". The organizers were the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement and the Siberian Institute of State and Municipal Management (SibIGMU).
The Ministry of Construction of Russia has published a document that introduces changes to the Methodology for determining the cost of work on the preparation of project documentation (approved by Order No. 707/pr dated 01.10.2021).
