A draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation, which sets the rules of formation, approval and management of procurement plans for federal purposes.

This project provides for the procedure and the terms under which the plan is formed by purchases made under Federal law from 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. For example, for federal purposes, the contracting authority must form a procurement plan for the next fiscal year and planning period and submit it to the chief administrator of the federal budget to 15 July this year. Also, the project provides information about the shape of the procurement plan and a list of information that must be specified in it (in particular, the name and identification taxpayer number of the customer, the amount of purchases, the timing of their implementation). In the event that this decision will take effect from 01.01.2015.
