Small businesses promised 1 trillion rubles. from the orders government facilities

Small and medium-sized businesses can get an additional 1 trillion rubles unless encourage its participation in the procurement of the government facilities, calculated in Ministry of Finances. Now small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) provide only 10% of the orders government facilities and infrastructure monopolies, and by the end of 2014. their part is expected to increase to 15%, and a one year later to make a quarter of all purchases should be refined version of the "road map" to expand access of SMEs to the procurement of infrastructure monopolies and companies with government participations.
