Organizations of disable person have benefits in government procurement

Russian Federation Government decree of 15.04.2014 N 341 "On the provision of benefits to organizations of persons with disabilities in the determination of the supplier (contractor) in respect of their proposed contract price". Government contract with the organization of disabled people, has been selected as the supplier (contractor), will be at the price offered by the organization, increased to 15 percent of such price. Total contract price shall not exceed the initial (maximum) contract price specified in the notice of purchase.
