Procurement portal of the Russian Federation will identify Latin letters as Russian

The official website of the Russian Federation introduced a procurement system that determines the order when searching similar letters of the Latin alphabet and Russian as the same. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law a federal contract system (FCS), which should replace the 94-FL. In particular, there are five methods of determining the initial (maximum) contract price; also introduced the institution of mandatory public advisement purchases exceeding one billion rubles.
