Start working bank guarantees register

On the first of April start working bank guarantees register. Federal Law "About government procurement", so-called 44-FL, requires contestants procurement of financial security. Since April 1, this function is performed not real money, its performed bank guarantees. Publication guarantees will be conducted in an unified register on the portal zakupki.gov.ru.
