Expert Council under the Ministry of Economic Development upgrades the contract system

Expert Council on contractual relations was established under the Ministry of Economic Development.The council includes 15 experts, including members of non-governmental organizations, representing small, medium and large business, representatives of anti-corruption organizations and civil activists, and representatives of higher education institutions. The Council will accumulate all the comments associated with the operation of the contract system; propose appropriate changes to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of procurement.
Tatarstan delegation consisting of Chairman of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov and Director General of the Procurement Development Center JSC Niyaz Gazeev is taking part in the XXI GOSZAKAZ Forum and Exhibition, which is being held at the Skolkovo Innovation Center (Moscow).
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the provision of volunteering services in the field of tourism and hospitality within the framework of the Hospitable Kazan project, one of the initiatives of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry". The initial (maximum) contract price is 3 million rubles. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism.
The Russian Ministry of Finance has expanded the list of banks that have the right to issue independent guarantees to secure applications, fulfill contracts and guarantee obligations under Law No. 44-FZ. The current version of the list was approved on May 7, 2026.
The XXI GOSZAKAZ Forum and Exhibition, a key event for procurement specialists, has started in Moscow. From May 13 to May 15, it takes place at the Skolkovo Innovation Center, bringing together representatives from 89 regions of Russia. This event is the largest platform for the exchange of experience in the field of public and corporate procurement.
