Electronic auction still stay preference of purchase on 44-FL

According to statistics from the Official webite zakupki.gov.ru, since the beginning of 2014 signed contracts on methods for determining provider (priced contracts) were distributed as follows:
- Electronic auction - 58.50% (3.4 billion rubles);
- Purchase a single supplier - 20.99% (1.2 billion rubles);
- Open competition - 17.54% (1 billion rubles)
- Request for Quotations - 2.9% (169 million rubles);
- Other methods - 0.07% (4,000,000 rubles).

The State Council of Tatarstan discussed the results of the socio-economic development of the republic in 2025. Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee, took part in the meeting.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the savings of the republican budget amounted to 1.17 billion rubles, which is 1.6% of the total. In just three months, more than 18,000 contracts worth over 80 billion rubles were signed. Such data was announced at a meeting in the RT State Committee on Procurement.
The Agency has developed a document that establishes a unified approach to verifying customer notifications of contracts with a single supplier. In fact, such notifications are now an independent basis for control in the field of procurement.
