The action of antimonopoly laws extended for all procurements, works and services carried out by companies with state participation and their affiliated institutions. This was reported by Deputy Chief of control over placement of state orders of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Maria Tomakh during the conference "Corporate Procurement: Theory and Practice of the Federal Law № 223-FL of the enterprises of housing and communal services" (expert assistance in the development of procurement regulations on 223-FL in Internet portal "Government Order"). Also, changed the procedure for considering complaints against the customer in the procurement under 223-FL. "Now the complaints dealt with in accordance with a single procedure, regardless of the method of procurement established competition law," - said Maria Tomakh. Deputy Head of Department also spoke about the first reading the draft law "About modifications to the Code of Russian Federation on Administrative Violations," which establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of the requirements of customers for 223-FL.
The State Council of Tatarstan discussed the results of the socio-economic development of the republic in 2025. Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee, took part in the meeting.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the savings of the republican budget amounted to 1.17 billion rubles, which is 1.6% of the total. In just three months, more than 18,000 contracts worth over 80 billion rubles were signed. Such data was announced at a meeting in the RT State Committee on Procurement.
The Agency has developed a document that establishes a unified approach to verifying customer notifications of contracts with a single supplier. In fact, such notifications are now an independent basis for control in the field of procurement.
