Since the beginning of 2026, small business entities in Tatarstan have concluded over 19 thousand state and municipal contracts totaling 26 billion rubles. This was announced at the weekly meeting of the RT State Procurement Committee.
The total volume of contracts concluded in the republic reached 167.7 billion rubles in six months. Budget savings exceeded 2.5 billion rubles. In total, more than 32,000 contracts have been concluded, of which almost 20,000 are based on the results of competitive procedures.
Electronic auctions are the leaders in the procurement structure in terms of supplier identification methods – 96.1 billion rubles (52.75% of the total volume). Open contests in electronic form account for 69.7 billion rubles (38.26%).
The largest contract of the republic was the construction of a highway worth 3.9 billion rubles. Subcontractors from the NSR were involved in its execution for a total amount of more than 1.2 billion rubles.
"We see that competitive procurement methods are dominating. Electronic auctions and open tenders occupy more than 90% of the market, which ensures transparency and healthy competition, and small businesses get real opportunities to participate in government procurement," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
