The Ministry of Construction has approved a new methodology for determining estimated prices for building materials and equipment
The new methodology establishes the procedure for calculating estimated prices of construction resources (materials, products, structures and equipment) for placement in the federal State information system of pricing in construction (FGIS CA). Prices are determined in rubles, excluding VAT, by price zones – by subjects of the Russian Federation and parts of their territories.
The calculation of estimated prices includes the selection of data from manufacturers, importers, suppliers, trading platforms, as well as the calculation of weighted and average prices with subsequent aggregation. The methodology for accounting for procurement and storage costs and transportation costs to the on-site warehouse is prescribed separately.
The order invalidates the previous versions of the methodology, dated October 26, 2022, and amendments thereto dated October 16, 2023. The order comes into force after 10 days from the date of its official publication.
