The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan will allocate 35 million rubles for the organization of events in 55 countries
The RT State Procurement Committee has announced an electronic auction for the provision of services for the organization and holding of official events. The initial (maximum) contract price is 35 million rubles. The customer is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The geography of the project covers 55 countries around the world, from the CIS and the Middle East to Africa, Asia and Latin America. Under the contract, the contractor will have to organize and hold 10 exhibitions (each for at least two days), having previously agreed on the concept, scenario and detailed plan of each event with the customer. In addition, the contractor organizes dozens of other events, including delegation meetings and congresses for 500 people.
The contract also includes visa support for participants, transportation, accommodation in hotels of at least 4 stars, meals (lunches, dinners, coffee breaks according to an agreed menu), simultaneous interpretation in seven languages and advertising support.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 7, 2026.
