Updated the list of banks to operate under Law No. 44‑FZ

The Russian Ministry of Finance has published an updated list of banks that comply with the requirements of paragraph 1, Part 1, Article 45 of Law No. 44‑FZ. These organizations have the right to issue independent guarantees for securing applications, executing contracts, and guaranteeing obligations during procurement.

SMLT Bank LLC is included in the specified list.
