Tatarstan has saved 1.5 billion rubles on public procurement since the beginning of 2026
Since January 2026, 21,231 contracts worth 102 billion rubles have been signed in the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced at the weekly meeting of the RT State Procurement Committee.
Thanks to the efficient organization of purchases, it was possible to save 1.5 billion rubles, which is 1.61% of the initial price. At the same time, regional customers saved 1.2 billion rubles (1.46%), while municipal customers saved 0.2 billion rubles (3.8%).
Special attention is paid to the support of small businesses. Small business entities (SMEs) have concluded 11,091 contracts totaling about 15 billion rubles.
The largest contract signed in the republic in 2026 exceeds 2.6 billion rubles — this is the construction of a school for 2,119 places in the residential complex "Yubileynaya Station" (the first stage, a building for 1,501 students). The largest notification, for 3.9 billion rubles, concerns the construction of public roads of the Republic of Tatarstan with a length of 6.685 km.
"Centralization of procurement, competitive procedures and transparency of bidding allow the Republic to save billions of rubles annually, which are directed to solving socially significant tasks," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
