Marat Ziatdinov: it is important to provide assistance to Tatarstan producers

The first zonal seminars of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan started this year in the Arsky district. The key topics of the events were "Effective participation in procurement" and "Public procurement: changes and practice in the application of 44-FZ".
 
Almaz Khisamutdinov, Head of the Arsky Municipal District, Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Niyaz Gazeev, General Director of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. They noted the high activity of the participants.
 
"It is important not only to review legislative changes, but also to build systematic work to assist Tatarstan manufacturers, as well as to support procurement participants," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.

The speakers were experts from the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a representative of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
 
About 250 customers and over 30 suppliers from 11 districts of the republic took part in the seminars. The customers were told about the innovations of 44-FZ, analyzed typical errors in the coordination of positions, discussed the work on the exchange platform and the practice of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. 

For suppliers, the main topics were measures to support entrepreneurs, new rules of the national regime, the risks of getting into the register of unscrupulous suppliers and issues of reducing penalties.

Zonal educational seminars on procurement in the regions of Tatarstan will be continued throughout 2026.
