Children's products will be included in the experiment on a single catalog for small purchases
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on expanding the list of goods participating in the experiment on maintaining a Single Catalog of specific goods. The document amends the Order No. 2710-r dated September 29, 2025.
The CCT is used for small-volume purchases from a single supplier in accordance with clauses 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ. The project was developed following an appeal from the Association of Enterprises of the Children's Goods Industry and provides for the inclusion of some items of children's goods in the catalog.
It is proposed to include in the updated list:
– games and toys
– educational and demonstration devices
– pencils, crayons, pastels
– paints for artists and decorators
The Russian Ministry of Finance supported the inclusion of children's products in the ECST, eliminating the need for a separate experiment as a duplicate.
