On the procedure for canceling the procedure for concluding an electronic supplementary agreement

The Unified Information System (UIS) provides for the possibility of canceling the procedure for concluding an electronic supplementary agreement at the stages of "Signing by the customer" and "Signing by the supplier". For this purpose, the document "Information on the cancellation of the procedure for concluding an additional agreement" is being formed.

The initiators of the cancellation may be:
The customer can do this by activating the "Cancel the procedure for concluding an additional agreement" link on the "Documents" tab in the supplementary agreement card.
Supplier:
– in manual mode – by forming the document "Supplier's refusal to conclude an additional agreement"
– in automatic mode – after 10 working days from the date of the additional agreement, if it has not been signed by the supplier

Please note that after the signing of the electronic supplementary agreement by both parties, it is considered concluded. Cancellation or deletion of such a document in the Unified Information System is not allowed due to its legal significance.
