Tatarstan's government customers signed more than 4,000 contracts totaling 6.5 billion rubles in January 2026. This was discussed today at the RT State Procurement Committee at its weekly meeting.

The savings in concluding contracts amounted to 116.5 million rubles (2.18%). At the same time, regional customers managed to achieve savings of 69.5 million rubles (2.28%), municipal customers – 47 million rubles (2.06%).

1,865 contracts worth more than 2.4 billion rubles have been signed with medium-sized and small businesses.

"It is especially important to note that more than a third of all contracts are concluded with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. This shows the effectiveness of our measures to ensure access of SMEs to public procurement," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting also discussed preparations for the final board of the department. It will be held this week, on January 29, with the participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.
