Placement of the annual report on the purchase of goods, works, and services from SMEs
We remind you that by February 1, 2026, customers are required by Law No. 223-FZ to post information on the annual volume of purchases from small and medium-sized businesses.
The annual report is generated in the GIS EIS PROCUREMENT automatically based on information from the register of contracts and supplemented by the customer with the necessary information.In case of non-fulfillment of the established share of purchases from SMEs, posting false information, or failure to post the annual report in the GIS of the Unified Information System of PROCUREMENT, the customer's procurement regulations are deemed to be unpublished. From February 1 until the end of the year, such customers are guided by the provisions of Law No. 44-FZ in separate parts.
The requirement to post the annual report is established by Part 21 of Article 4 of Law No. 223-FZ. The form and content of the annual report are approved by the resolution Governments Of the Russian Federation dated 11.12.2014 No. 1352.
