The Ministry of Finance recalled the mandatory price formula for fuel purchases from a single supplier.

Question: is it necessary to specify the price formula and the maximum contract price if the purchase is carried out without posting a notice?

The agency explained that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 19, the supply of motor fuel refers to cases when the contract must necessarily contain a price formula and its maximum value.

The absence of a purchase notification from a single supplier does not negate this requirement. The terms of the price must be included directly in the text of the contract.

Thus, when purchasing motor fuel, including automobile and aviation gasoline under 44-FZ, even from a single supplier, the price formula and its maximum amount are mandatory.
