Employees of the RT State Procurement Committee took part in a training workshop
Specialists of the State Committee participated in a seminar organized by the Educational and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in Kazan. The event is dedicated to the topic of the national procurement regime under 44-FZ from January 1, 2026.
The speaker was Olga Milonaets, Deputy Head of the Moscow Regional FAS. The participants analyzed the main resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating the national regime, the principles of prohibitions, restrictions and advantages, as well as typical mistakes of customers and administrative offenses.
The practical value of the seminar was the analysis of judicial practice and complaints to the FAS of Russia. At the end of the seminar, the participants were able to ask questions and discuss difficult aspects of law enforcement.
